SMBMTL 22 – A Conversation with Julien Smith

Julien Smith, Social Media Breakfast Montreal

Please note that our guest speaker, Mitch Joel, had a last minute change in his schedule and cannot make it to this event. We are sorry about this change. Mitch was kind enough to help coordinate a visit from Julien Smith. We are eternally grateful to both for being so accommodating.

On October 1st, 2014, the Social Media Breakfast Montreal will be welcoming back Julien Smith for a 2nd “A Conversation With…” installment.

Julien was a guest many moons ago and we’re thrilled to have him back. We’ll be asking Julien about Breather’s progress, faking it ’til you make it, and trends he believes will sink or swim as we close out 2014.

Here’s a quick write up for those unfamiliar with Julien.

Julien Smith is the CEO of Breather, an on-demand space company, as well as the New York Times bestselling author of three books. Two of these, Trust Agents and The Impact Equation, were written with Chris Brogan. The third, The Flinch, has consistently remained one of the top read Kindle books since it was published in 2011.

Julien has been an author, a CEO, a professional voice actor, a radio broadcaster, and a consultant and speaker at some of the largest corporations in the world, including GoogleMicrosoftAmerican ExpressHeineken International, and more. His work has also appeared in CosmopolitanGQCNN, and a host of other publications. His online work has been read by millions, literally.

For more on Julien we invite you to visit his site and take a peek around.

As with any invited guest, we ask that you observe the start and finish times of the event courteously. The conversation will get under way no later than 8:20am and will run until 10am. The expectation is such that attendees come armed and ready with questions for Mitch and the other attendees to reflect and comment on.
